Nothing is impossible for those with a positive mental
attitude
To have friends be a friend.
Your goals should be specific, they should be measurable,
they should have a deadline for their achievement and should be divided into
manageable pieces.
You should be prepared to give generously of your time and
talents long before expecting a return on your investment.
Make a list of all the things you like about yourself and
the things you would like to change, and then make a conscious decision to
build upon your positive strengths and correct your weaknesses.
If you approach obstacles and setbacks with a positive mental
attitude, you will be surprised how quickly you can turn defeat into victory.
Unless you control your fears, one day you will discover
that they control you. Act even if your actions aren’t entirely appropriate for
the situation. The very act of doing something constructive will have a
positive effect on your mind and attitude.
Make sure your life’s plan includes giving something back to the community without expecting anything in return. Giving time and effort, not just money, reinforces your connections to your community, and provides you with concrete proof of the effectiveness of deliberate action
