Fasting

Unorthodox physiologists turning from leading medical art and looking g beyond medical textbooks for the elixir of life began placing together their findings and comparing them with the fragments of the writings of ancient masters.
The simplicity of the discovery shocked them.

1. They found that all animals  when are ill, they refuse to eat. Here is the law if nature says they. Medical science is wrong stating that food supplies vital energies and that they need food to get well.

2. The unorthodox physiological men looked at the data. High death rate under Orthodox practices of feeding patients well. They studied cases of animals that invariably fast when I'll and found that animals almost always recover health. The law if nature works.

3. Ancient masters knew the Law. They had frequent references of fasting.

4. Lastly, the masters never filled their stomachs with food when preparing for unusual events. They always fast. Not only did they know the law, but they obeyed it.

The masters recognized fasting as a rejuvenating process and used it to remove illnesses. These measures were employed in general in ancient times. the rulers by official edict proclaimed fasts throughout their realms.

5. Fasting is the.most efficient way known for correcting diseases.
By fasting their patients, recovery of physical wrecks of hopelessly chronic cases was remarkable.
Fasting is the only natural evolutionary method thorough systematic cleansing of the bodycam to restore itself to normality.

6. A disease is only a condition of degeneration

When fasting frees the internal organs of labour and strain, they at once begin to purge the body of residual fluids and this restores the rhythm of physiological time.

As far back as we can go in human history we find the evidence that leading cause if degeneration is polluted air. Yet medical textbooks contain almost nothing about the conditions or kind of air we breathe.
